Security

Hi guys
Good to be on here.
I am trying to find an appropriate security measure for my lightweight.
I thought a Stoplock would work but according to Halfords computer says no.
Anyone got any suggestions?

Thanks

OLD , previous

viewtopic.php?f=4&t=7772

Others may come forward with latest thinking , however not a good subject for open forum. In the event I would like to think I had a good 'Tracker' , however IMHO no good place to hide it for more than 15 min. !

A bloke locally has a Rover 1 , out all summer with it + of gardening tools on his tailgate , Cafe owner apparently, who fills the tub at Morrisons - I walk past close & can't detect any hidden cable tie lashings or similar. Yet you hear of people stopping at a zebra crossing & getting them nicked off
And I thought it was a thermostat !

Can't see why a Stoplock wouldn't work. Not sure I would trust Halfords' judgement - the link they provide doesn't even have Land Rover spelt correctly.

I use a clutch claw. That is easy to use and I'm sure would deter a joyrider. It won't stop it being loaded onto the back of a truck but I'm sure one of the neighbours would notice that before a thief could load it.
